On Saturday may 15, 2021 my boyfriend and I ordered from here through skip the dishes. He ordered a bacanator meal and I got the smaller version of it (son of a baconator) with a potato.
I have not eaten at this location since my sister and her boyfriend both received JBC's with raw, cold uncooked bacon on BOTH items.
Since it had been a couple months since that incident we thought we would try this location again and give it another shot.
Unfortunately we made a big mistake because we both got raw undercooked bacon but didn't notice until we had already eaten a good portion of both of our burgers. Our fault for not checking in the first place.
Its safe to say I will no longer be eating from this location ever again. My boyfriend threw up later that night while I sat in severe pain from the stomach cramps and constant trips to the bathroom. To top it off I just got out of the hospital yesterday because i was suffering from dehydration due to the inability to keep enough fluids in me because I was so sick from the unsafe handling of the food.
I worked fast food for 5 years I understand accidents happen but this is just a complete lack of care and I'm absolutely dissapointed.
DO BETTER and PAY ATTENTION.
My next step is starting a case with public health so an investigation can be launched on your food handling procedures, who knows how many other people have gotten sick. Im fortunate enough to have an employer who puts my health first so I am now at home resting...

They gave us all of our order wrong. There were items we didn't ask for, toppings we ask not to have on the burgers, pretty much they didn't not care of what wee ordered. The staff unorganized, they were more concerned taking to each other and or making jokes than actually working. Other staff members will just talk to friends that will visit them and won't care about the customers. The manager John help us a lot and we believe did his very best to keep us happy. No recipt in the bag for my purchase .. so I can use for a right off on my business.
If I would have been in the restaurant I would have asked for a refund and went next door to McDonald's.
Why is it that you have to consistently ask for a recipt for your food purchase in your bag.
One of the first thing I was taught working in fast food years ago is to make sure you put the recipt in the bag..proper condiments and of course napkins..
Is that to hard to ask to be put in a brown paper bag all the time.. I think not.
