Just ordered a jumbo house special. Sent the boss to pick it up and brought it back, in a snow storm. Open it up, medium Hawaiian pizza and a garlic fingers. Called over and she said we had two orders for the same name. I said that's impossible because we put it in our business name lol she then put me on hold and came back and said hello? What do you expect me to do? I said huh? What do you mean. She said I can't do anything for you. Then handed me to another man who said there is nothing we will do for you, goodbye. Lol I understand there's a language barrier there but that was just plain ignorant. Heard lots of awful things about this location since the new owner took over but never actually experienced such ignorance and incompetence from there until today. We won't be returning, neither will the 8 staff that work with me. Also, why the heck is there cheddar cheese on a pizza? Italians everywhere are rolling in...

Tried ordering here for the first time in over 15 years tonight having had a very negative experience with undercooked food/chicken and rude staff that argued the food was cooked. I ordered online, it said estimated time of 20 minutes, I got there 25 minutes later they didn't have order started and the cashier could not find it in the system. Another employee found it and said they would start it dhould be done in 15 minutes. I paid and went to my car to wait. When I came back it was still not ready, part was in the warmer but they were waiting for the garlic fingers. I waited. When they gave me the order it was wrong, they spent over 30 minutes arguing the order was correct, refusing to issue a refund or even call...

Peter's Pizza in Long Pond has gone down hill bad. I use to order alot from there but last time I ordered it was an hr 45 mins and it was burnt bad. I do have a free Pizza from them for it but would have rathered to have Pizza on time and cooked properly.
