I went there at 9 and ordered 3 cold cuts on white. the first two went fine minus her toasting one without being told to. Went to get the third for myself and there was one white bread left which i thought was perfect, just enough for my order but then she saw there was one left then she refused to serve it to me because ‘there’s a regular customer that usually comes around that time and she wants to leave it for them’ like really? that customer wasn’t there, i was. refusing to serve a customer because someone MIGHT be coming for it? If it was already paid for or reserved, i’d understand but I had to go home hungry all because someone Might be coming. I’m not one to leave reviews but I feel this was absolutely ridiculous. My wife and kid split a 12", and when the server handed my kid the sandwich, half of it fell out of the loose wrapping, onto the floor. But when I placed an order online and drove 20 minutes to get there, the staff told me, “Sorry, we don’t have the veggie patty.”
