Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Conception Bay South

Edit* location should be Kelligrews Tim Hortons. However as far as I know the owner is the same *Twice now both myself and my mother went to this location and were treated with the worst attitude by staff and supervisor Aconcha. Today my mother went to get a breakfast sandwich and asked for extra mayo (usually at Tim's we say can I get mayo and add extra - have never had an issue) except with this Tim's this morning.

She asked to have a breakfast with mayo and was argued with over the intercom. Then mayo was not added to the sandwich. She went in and was debated with again - to which she asked to speak to a supervisor and was told BY the supervisor that "mayo doesn't come on it" all while laughing and smirking at her. She ended up finally getting the mayo after arguing (which she should not have had to do). I have had my own experience with this manager. Absolutely ridiculous. Owner should strongly...

Unfortunately this particular location has very much gone downhill.

My average wait time in the drive through over the past two months and been about 10-11 minutes with some visits reaching as long as 20 minutes of wait time.

Multiple time I’ve been told what I want is out of stock and I’m offered substitutions, which is normally fine but often when I get the window to pay I’m told that also don’t even have the substitution that they offered me.

On the rare times I have gotten my full order there is usually mistakes made as well, typically missing modifications.

I feel bad because the staff are very friendly but it’s completely unreasonable to spend 15 minutes waiting for food that they never...

Love this Tim's, our go to location. Staff is fast and friendly. And since they did the upgrades inside it's beautiful.

ETA: I am super sad to have to update this review but this Tim's location has really gone to sh!t. A sausage farmers wrap with extra sausage has become the most difficult thing to make apparently. I was charged for a farmers wrap and extra sausage. I got a regular sausage wrap and no extra meat. To the point, going back that many times it's just easier to go elsewhere. Go back polite and trying to be understanding only to be greeted with rudeness...
