McDonald's — Restaurant in Cookville

Sadly for my waistline, these folks are right next door to me. But as a result we visit there a lot.

What can you say about McDonalds’s? Most are cookie cutter of the next, constructed that way for consistency of sr ice and product quality. Homed as a system after many years of corporate trial and error. Because of this, only one thing sets each restaurant apart, the people.

This place is amazing. The staff is friendly and inviting, food is always ready fast and served with a smile. The order is always right and even small details like straws and condiments are in the bag before you ask. Small details make the difference.

The mobile order is the bomb! Order on the way and grab your stuff basically as you walk up to the counter. Great system for those busy days! Makes You feel like a celeb. Hahah

Only one person ahead of me, already ordered and waiting. I stand at the counter waiting to order. After about 3 minutes I'm acknowledged with, "I'll be with you shortly". Ok.... In the meantime, people are ordering from the kiosks. I'm now into 10 mins waiting. She gives the 1st lady her order and instead of coming and taking my order, she proceeds to fill the orders of those who ordered after me, from the kiosk. I left. Totally lousy service and the cooks looked like they'd been wearing the same uniform for a week while sleeping in them between...

Ever since they changed to kiosks McDonald's has become the slowest fast food place going.... Let's face it, we go to McDonald's BECAUSE it is fast. If it is going to be painful and slow to order what the hell is the point! The food is Terrible and bad for you.... It is just a convenience... This is as poorly thought out as the ill fated pizza in McDonald's...
