Panago Pizza — Restaurant in Coquitlam

I am always really happy with my orders and my experiences here. It’s one of my favourites. If you like a soft pizza, you’ll probably like this. I like that they have spinach as a topping, and I love their crust (that rustic look, and great for dipping). They even carry San Pellegrino! —just lemon, orange, and the San Pellegrino water. But still really cool.

I haven’t tried their dairy-free cheese or meat-substitutes or their gluten free crust... but I like that they offer that.

My carry-out orders are always on time. I haven’t had any problems with delivery or when I’ve used the app.

I wish they offered a few more cheese toppings (something stronger like a gorgonzola or provolone, or something like their blue cheese dip). Other than that: I love this franchise and this location.

I would recommend trying some of their dips/sauces if you get a cheese pizza. I like the coconut curry or their jalapeño white sauce, their chipotle sauce is really nice top.

Hussan the driver was great. Friendly and kind, very understanding. The establishment itself was very poor. The mobile debt machine was not working, they told me to drive to the location to pay for the pizza claiming my account didn't have the balance to pay for their pizza(which was incorrect). They told the diver to lessen my debt bill claiming I had insufficient funds which was incorrect. The driver was extremely understanding. I told him I would drive to location to pay. The store was extremely rude, had little understanding of the situation. I payed for the pizzas and the driver returned to the store and they demanded to him that he give me my pizzas. Very rude. They didn't offer me any refund or apologize for the major inconvenience. Hussan the driver himself called me and asked for my forgiveness, saying it was his fault and his machine isn't working correctly. Hopefully the establishment will take a note out of Hassan's book and learn...

I’ve ordered from this location before and have had good experiences. However, I took advantage of the Canadian pizza promo for $10 and was disappointed at the lack of toppings. The pizza was supposed to have extra pepperoni but there was literally 1 or 2 pieces on each slice. The ham was lacking as well, just one pieces on each slice.

I understand that I cannot expect too much for $10, but clearly the savings resulted in a less than stellar product. Had I known I would get less toppings, I would’ve ordered a pizza at full price.

I’ve ordered promos from pizza franchises and I’ve never had the quality drop off this much. I love pizza so it takes a lot for me to complain.

I would recommend ordering from Dominos’ everyday special deal for $12 if you’re looking for a better quality pizza. It’s a better deal than this at regular price and you don’t get skimped on...
