Subway — Restaurant in Coquitlam

Lady currently working at the restaurant Jan. 24, 2022, 3:40PM is so rude and incompetent. I came in with two coupons for a free 6” sub. Without even looking at the coupons, she said that they’re expired. I looked at the dates on the back and politely said “it looks like they are valid from January to March. She kept snapping back saying they were expired, again, without even looking at them. I finally turned them over to the front where in plain text it said “Valid from January through March. I then held the coupons facing towards her. She finally took them from me and didn’t even apologize. She continued to give me attitude and couldn’t retain any of the information for my order. This is the worst subway I've gone to in my entire life. It look me 34 min from starting my order to leaving the store. The single TRAINING worker was ALONE the entire time. I thought she was crazy talking to her self while making the sandwiches at the speed of a sloth running for its life. Turns out she had apple air buds in one of her ears. Probably talking to who ever was doing a horrid time coaching her from home. My 4 year old makes sandwiches faster. Someone else with one arm could have been faster. I went here with my friend. We got her sub no problem, then it came to me. I told her what I wanted and said nothing. She put my sub (without extra cheese, which I asked for) on the toasting thing. I asked politely if I could not eat it toasted and with extra cheese. She never asked me if I wanted it toasted. Her name is Rose. She gave me a dirty look, glared, and muttered under her breath “oh my god”. Then angrily took off my chicken. There are a bunch of rips and tears all over the bun, and was not wrapped well.
