Long story short, after 35 minutes of waiting a employee accused me and my passenger of stealing a meal out of the bag that we had never received, then proceeded to make our second order incorrectly. I recently had the worst fast food experience of my life at this location. As I pulled to the speaker I was greeted by an employee who informed me that the coupon I had was not in the system so I had to remind her at the window when I pulled up, which I promptly did. When she took the coupon there was a 15 minute wait time before I was even approached after I had payed for my food. When the worker, the same worker who had taken my order AND payment approached the window, and asked me kindly "what are you still waiting on?" which I replied "everything, we haven't had anything given to us yet" she then proceeded to apologize and hand me my 2 drinks. After that exchange, another 10 minutes goes by and I have yet to receive my food. after a total of 25 minutes waiting, the worker approaches the window with a bag of food and hand its to me which I then pass on to my passenger who checks the bag to find only 1 of our 2 meals. I then proceed to let the employee know that I have only received 1 of 2 meals. The employee then apologizes, and asks me to hand her back the bag containing the first meal. She then communicates to her co-worker about the mistake. (I would love to provide names however the employees were unwilling to provide there name to me at the time which to me is another problem with this situation) The co-worker then accuses me and my passenger of stealing a FULL MEAL out of a bag that was barely big enough for the 1 meal. I have had to wait at locations for food before, sometimes long periods of time. But never, EVER have I been accused of stealing because of the pure incompetence of the workers that are supposed to be fluidly receiving, processing, and packaging orders. The fact that me and my partner waited 35 minutes in this drive-thru to be treated in such a manner is appalling and I will not provide any business to this location in the future. For more than just the poor experience I had there, the location is a dirty, rundown building with siding that is rotting and a drive-thru that has potholes so deep, its a struggle to navigate through honestly. I would just like the piece of mind that I wont be accused of stealing because of an employee's incompetence/mistake And to top of the whole ordeal, before we finally received our second order (which came without lettuce even though I had asked for lettuce on both) the employee asked me to pull ahead of the window and wait in a parking spot ahead which I absolutely refused to do. But like I’ve heard from others, the food late at night is beyond terrible. I couldn’t even eat the burger I bought at 2am last night, I had to throw it away when I got home. The patties were dried to a crisp and grey/crumbling on the inside. Crunchy and without a single speck of juice left in the meat. The bun was also dry and hard but that was far less egregious than the meat. I couldn’t understand how anyone would serve it, and all four patties purchased were like it.
We were the only customers the entire time we were there. So please tell the night workers that they dont need to make so many extra patties just sitting there with no traffic, they could even just make them to order during those hours. Also, please tell them to leave the bags the buns are in closed, or not leave them in the toaster just sitting there with no traffic. Whatever the problem is that makes them consistently crusty late at night/early morning.

When the call was placed at the store explaining what was in the burger, the staff said the manager wasn't there but then in the same phone call, put a guy on the phone claiming to be the manager and said it only happens when it's busy there and if the half eaten burger was frozen and returned, they would replace it with another burger. Didn't care a child under 2 years old was also eating that burger with a plastic tag in it!
