The experience overall was okay. Enjoyed the atmosphere. The timing was great for a reservation of a large group while we could see other large groups and small tables to make a full dining room. The servers were very friendly and attentive. The food was hit or miss. If the food was good, it was amazing (beer coated fries, shrimp appetizer...). If the food was bad, it was terrible (the steak was cold and half of it was fat to cut off if you dont enjoy, the nachos were stacked tall but everything under the first layer was bare...). The price for the experience was a bit much and I would not recommend coming here for supper. EXTREMELY popular, so be patient ppl. Its worth the wait though. The staff is very friendly and address any issues you may have. It's not a quiet place by any means, so if you're looking for a quiet place, maybe shy away for peak hours. When my wife and went there was a guitar player. Very good and entertaining. The food, even though it may have taken a little while to get, was very good when I did get it. It didnt sit on the line and get cold. My wife's first beer was flat and as soon as we advised the waiter he immediately got her a fresh one. Though the beer prices may be on the high end of average, there are still very good. I got the fried poutine. It has cheese sticks, fried cheese curd and jalapeño popper on it. Great concept, just a little lacking. The toppings all tasted the same and lacked the actually cheese flavor, tasted like it was from the freezer. What I paid vs what I got is a little lack luster. Needs improvement. As for atmosphere and service it was great. I'm willing to try this place again and perhaps try something different on the menu. Tried this place a second time and it was unimpressive as the first time. They have a bunch of specialty burgers but with no description. I took a chance and ordered a mountain burger.
