9 years ago, my review was at 5 stars all the way until 2021 when they made a major change in store and lacked the experience along with the proper foods they had before. I removed my review completely instead of updating it, but this needs to be said like many others. Myself and many others haven't ordered from them in such a long period of time due to the lack of service and food like what they had before. Food went up in price and continues to go up yes, but the quality went down and seems to continue to go down unfortunately. Others tried to get me and friends back to meds, but we've all done our own tests, and I really noticed when I ordered 2 pizzas with bacon along with a large poutine with bacon, but recieved 2 old pizzas that were like old freezer cooked pizzas that were fully rotten, and a poutine with rotten everything including the chunks of pig fat like on the pizzas with not even a little bit of the meaty parts you see on true bacon to go with the old cold sauce they used on the poutine as well as the old sauce and cheese on the pizzas to go with the rest of it all being no more good, plus what they labled as bacon on everything tasted like rotten porc chops sliced thin in ways to get it to blend in with the tiny bit of rotten bacon or it was just all around the fattest rotten bacon bits gone bad like all the other spoiled products that they made sure to get rid of by using on my entire order. Ever since than I haven't waisted my money with the dirty food and service they have now. It shows me I'm not wrong to stick to going to my top favorites like Barry's and la pataterie in bedford or the secondary favorites like pizza salvatore in cowansville and others for the pizzas since meds along with pizza riviere have lost me with many others due to this. Myself and others would honestly require a free small bite of the things to see if they're worth the money anymore even though i wont do it , since another person’s review with no true evidence will not repair the truth like what's been experienced with evidence. There may only be hundreds of customers showing the truth like this now, but it will grow as time goes on, and the truth will be revealed more, and they're not of value like before to even be worth the time to be offered a free bite of the things ordered before to test just to go back to...

Been supporting Med pizza since I was a kid. My family always ordered their pizza. I ordered pizza this weekend and I was completely shocked by the price. It is advertised as 2 for 1. We ordered 4 large pizzas and my total was $103 before tip! That would mean 1 large pizza is 50$!!! We didn't order anything fancy by the way, 2 cheese, 1 all dress and 1 vegetarian. A complete rip off! Once they saw I was upset about the price, they explained that it's not actually 2 for 1 but you pay for the most expensive pizza + 30% of the other pizza... The only reason why I'm even giving 3 stars is because the two ladies working the cash were extremely nice and friendly! The pizza was good but...

Need to share this. Last sunday we ordered 2 medium pizzas with a poutine. Arrived 45 minutes after the said time: not happy. Plus, the pizza dough was like cardboard: not happy. Poutine made with huge potato fries, not like it used to be and not hot either by the time we got our order: not happy. Throwing out today the last of it (almost a whole pizza): not happy. We've been very loyal customers and the more it goes the less we enjoy. I understand good employees are hard to come by but please don't make your customers pay for it. Really not sure we will order from your restaurant...
