I can’t bear to give this restaurant more than 2/5 stars. I would say 3.9/10. Not a great dining experience. The hostesses were very nice to start on a positive note! Out of the 3 of us 2 of us ordered starters, didn’t see them for 25 minutes! For a caesar salad and 4 chicken strips! The restaurant wasn’t even half full and they looked well staffed with 4 different servers that I saw. I looked at the clock and quite literally 2 minutes later-we got our main food! How ridiculous to give somebody a starter and bring their food 2 minutes later? Didn’t have time to eat it or let it sit a for a minute before the main. All of our food was simply ok, nothing to write home about even in the slightest. We only received one of the gravy’s we had asked for but were charged for both, didn’t seem worth it to bother for a gravy. I also didn’t appreciate or like the way the tall, lanky, skinny, dark haired lady who I’m assuming is the manager, went up to the hostess stand and flipped her lid and had a condescending tone in her voice about how they accidentally wrote the lunch special on the board at suppertime. I work at one of Canada’s most popular dine-in restaurant/sports bar chains, and even on our busiest of Friday nights, our guests have never waited 25 minutes for a salad, then had their food delivered to them 2 minutes later. Our server was ok, friendly but short to the point and no smile. I have been going to this restaurant for months now and have had a beautiful breakfast burito almost everytime. Tonight we (my husband, my daughter and myself )went and I ordered what I usually do and the waitress argued with me and tried for me to order something else. It didnt. take too long after Judy finally made the order.When it finally came it didnt look right.It was burnt.(the potates were burnt, for some reason the eggs were grey and the green peppers were burnt) The first bite was gross.She came by andasked but I had just bitten into it.I put it down and looked inside that is when I saw everything.My husband thought I was making it up so I told him to eat a piece. He agreed it was gross .When Judy came to get my husbands dishes I told her totake mine that it was gross the burito itself was burnt. the very wrap was burnt. I didnt finish my meal she said that she could only give me 10 percent off for my meal. when I went to pay I told Sue I was not going to pay for my meal she got Judy and I was given the owners name and numbers. I am very sad and upset that they felt that it was ok to give this kind of service to customers in such a small town.Just think what goes around comes around.poor food poor service dont know if ill come back i know i can spend my money...

This is a place where I take my clients from work. There are many types of foods, quite an array of variety actually. It is true that there is a lot of choices for this restaurant, and the food tastes home cooked. The ambiance is a bit crowded but for most of my visits, I just asked the staff to accommodate for my needs that day (more room for wheelchairs, etc) The place is wheelchair accessible but one must be handy with driving one to maneuver in and out of the restaurant. I personally love the specials which include Tuesday Night Ukrainian Buffet 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm & Sunday Brunch Buffet 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. The Ukrainian Buffet allows for a culinary experience otherwise not offered in this area. The price is a little high but the quality of the food is a reason i don't mind paying it. I am seldom disappointed in there. The service could use a touch of smiles from some waitresses but for the most part, it is more then satisfactory. I will return for the experience and the...
