Bubble Hut Cafe — Restaurant in Cranbrook

My sister and I tried the ramen from Bubble Hut Cafe for the first time yesterday, and let me tell you, it was the best ramen I’ve probably ever had. The shoyu ramen is perfect, not too spicy and tons of flavour in the broth. Likewise, the miso ramen is perfect for those that don’t like much spice, it just hits all the right spots. Also, the serving sizes are perfect, filling, but not too much so that you’re left with lots of leftovers. Everything about it was great and we will definitely be going back there for lunch! Also, I feel it’s necessary to point out that the seaweed in the ramen was not fishy or too oceany at all, which is something that bothers me with ramen sometimes. 10/10!! Also only $12 a bowl...

Horrible service, recommend the other shop nicer quality, better prices, welcoming atmosphere don’t waste your time here 15$ for one drink off door dash and made incorrectly received tapioca instead of the boba I ordered. We were able to choose the sauce and the noodle combo!

The meals came quickly, were hot and tasty. We had Mushroom/Chicken penne Alfredo, with big chunks of mushroom and tasty chicken(obviously homemade), and house soup(hot and flavourful) and Ravioli with bolognes. He brought my husband extra chili flakes and Parm!!!

Bubble tea bobbas were perfect and they offer half sweet.

While chatting I found out they will be expanding their menu soon and are going to be making a true Authentic Masala Chai.
