McDonald's — Restaurant in Dartmouth

this used to be our McDonalds of choice but it has really gone downhill over the last year or so. Yesterday ordered a cone, an oreo cheesecake McFlurry and a chocolate McFlurry in the drivethru.Got to the window and was handed 2 identical McFlurrys that were both Oreo, I mentioned to the guy that one was suppose to be Chocolate Cheesecake and he said that he would remake it. He handed it back and it looked like he just added chocolate and remixed it so I confirmed that this did not have the oreo in it and he confirmed. I said that it looked like there was still oreo in it and he said no, it was cookie crumble that goes in the chocolate one and that he remade it. It did have oreo in it and he lied right to my face!!! The chocolate cheesecake is listed as having just sauce and cheesecake pieces. The person that this was for specifically did not want oreo which is why I even checked. What if there were an allergy?? called and let them know and the guy that answered asked me to come back for a new one right then or the next day, when I said that I was too far away and I could not he took my address (didn't even ask for a last name lol) and said they will send coupons. Will stick to DQ...

Absolutely outrageously bad service. We have Celiac Disease in my family and some of my family members cannot have the buns due to the gluten. I went to the front counter and ordered a Big Mac meal for my son, and a Happy Meal for my daughter (who can have gluten without issues). Then I requested some quarter pounder patty add-ons for myself, my husband, my other daughter, and my other son. The man at the counter seemed taken aback at my order and went off to find someone to "ask" if he could order so many patties. Another lady came to the counter, who appeared to be wearing a supervisor shirt or something, and she said that they cannot give us just the patties without the buns. I have never been told this from any McD's EVER. I told her that we can't just take the patty off the bun because it's for allergy reasons; the patty can't touch the bun. She told me they can't do it and they have to provide the bun with it. So... I cancelled everything and walked out, and went around the corner to the Portland St. McD's where they fulfilled our order without issue. Main St. McD's has to be the worst McD's I've...

I want to hope this was a one off. Went in, ordered a coke zero, cookies for my family (6 pack) and an ice cream cone. I ended up spending 25 minutes standing around the counter area waiting for my order. Seriously. First they brought me the ice cream. After that melted in my hand for a while somebody told me they only had 2 cookies. Asked if I still wanted them. I said of course. Did not get any sort of refund for the 4 cookies I didn't get. So the cookies were placed in a box and set aside. I then waited some more. After a while I flagged down a worker and asked for a couple napkins to clean my now mostly ice cream-covered hand. He gave me the napkins and also a new come which made my wife very happy. I then told him that the box of cookies just out of my reach was mine, and that the only thing left in my order was to get a cup so I could pour myself a coke zero from the self serve fountain. Still not sure why that was the order item that took 20+ minutes to get to me.

I returned to my car and gave my screaming kids their cookies and my wife her ice cream cone. If I ever go back I may update...
