Revana Pizza Dartmouth — Restaurant in Dartmouth

Friendly but the place is super dirty. We looked on Google and had 4 stars so thought it would be good. We ordered without doing much looking around. Then went to the side with the bar to wait. We sat by a big mirror on the wall and while looking around started to see dirt and dust everywhere. Then we noticed about 1000 fruit flies on the mirror. We quickly moved out of there and back to the pizza side. Then looking around there we seen it was just as dirty. Got our pizza hoping it may be the reason for the 4 stars but nope. After cleaning off our own table we asked for plates and cups for our pop. We got 3 paper plates and dirty styrofoam cups. Then asked for forks and we were able to pick our own because there's a basin on the main counter that people just reach in and pick whatever one they want. I wouldn't even want to see the bottom of that basin. Its probably never been cleaned. This visit was back in late October but cant get it out of my mind now. 1 star for food and 1 star for being friendly but 2 starts are still high...

It's been years since I've been here as I'm not in the area but this place used to be me go to pizza place in HRM. I was in the area recently and decided to grab takeout. Got pizza and garlic fingers. It definitely isn't what it used to be sadly. The restaurant itself is in rough shape, walls have tile chipping of them, pizza boxes stored on tables, not a good vibe. The food itself was mediocre, my pizza and garlic fingers were definitely undercooked. The cheese looked like it just melted and was completely white on both the pizza and garlic fingers. No golden brown to be seen on the cheese surface. I've seen this consensus shared amongst other recent reviews. The service also was lacking. It was a Tuesday night and I called in a takeout order. Arrived 35 mins after I called and still waited another 10 mins in arrival for my food which stated above was undercooked. Unfortunately Revana isn't what it used to be, not much is anymore. I won't be back due my geographic location but if given the choice I would pass on...

We ordered an extra large works pizza with a large garlic fingers through Skip The Dishes. It took over an hour to arrive and was warm, not hot when it did.

Pizza was VERY overcooked. Should've taken some photos. The top of the crust was black and bottom had a textured burnt/black look. The topping section of the pizza was edible but the crust was far from it.. also, there was 1-2 inches of crust. I prefer to have my toppings brought almost to the edge with maybe 1cm of crust to hold onto.

We also ordered garlic fingers which was under cooked in comparison and seemed more like a cheese pizza with no sauce.

My wife said she has had pizza from here in the past and it was much better so maybe it was a one off but i'm disappointed that the store would've sent out the pizza in the condition it was in. I would've preferred to have it delayed another 10 minutes to...
