My partner and I came in last night for a date and everything exceeded our expectations. The signature cocktails are unique, delicious, and a great price. We had 2 rolls which were both excellent, as was the Japanese pancake (highly recommend). The nachos were a work of art, not even close to the pile of chips and toppings dumped on a plate that usually comes to mind with restaurant nachos. Based on 4 experiences half dine in, half takeout, all enjoyable. Location is fun, relaxed, recommend for a hangout spot with friends or a casual date. Pool tables available, as well as dining tables, bar tables or lounge sofas. The menu is creative with the disclaimer that it's not traditional Asian cuisine but rather a twist on all dishes which makes for an intriguing experience each visit. Throw your expectations of standard sushi out the window here! There are lots of great places in the city doing classic sushi great, these folks have someone unique and amazing going on. The tacos are delicious, the rolls are filling heavy rather than padded with rice, and the more classic dishes are amazing. The Okonomayaki is particularly great.
