Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Dartmouth

Pathetic service, pathetic food...I wouldn't visit this specific tim Hortons even if its the last one standing... Staff has absolutely no manners and they just make faces before doing any task so basically they're pissed because they have to do their job sometimes. I mean getting your order wrong shouldn't be happening 8 out of 10 times. The lady at the drive thru window made a face at me just because I asked for a sugar packet😂. How difficult is it to pass me one...(I mean I'm gonna have to do it on my own because you didn't put any sugar in a double double)...Just quit if you wanna work like this, I'm sure there's other ppl who would do a much better job. Gave this store plenty of chances... Love Tims but this store makes me...

I almost everyday go for breakfast here, that’s the only nearest tims to my office. I am sorry for being rude, but that is in response to customer services , specifically from Indian staff, everytime I experience either they; a. Talk to you like, they hate their job. b. Give cold sandwich or messed c. Most of the time forget giving you tissues / napkins on drive thru. d. First charge you on drive thru then apologize saying product is not available you can take go for alternatives, while never returned cost difference.

Really disappointed. Management should arrange some customer service...

Very clean ....possibly the cleanest in this area. Bathrooms were well stocked and impressively clean. Service was hot, fast and very friendly. The only negative point is the entrance/exit doors didn't have an automatic open button (on the Wendy's side...not sure about the Tim Hortons side). Bathroom doors also didn't have an automatic opener either. Maybe a metal foot plate installed on the bottom of the bathroom doors would be a fast and cheap...
