We had a wonderful experience celebrating at Flavours 8 Dawson our wedding last August 30,2025.The food served was truly delicious-every dish was full of flavor and prepared with great quality. A special mention to Ms.Jeanette,the host whondid an excellent job in making the celebration lively,warm and enjoyable.Her energy and attentives made a big difference to the occasion. The staff were very kind and patient,providing excellent service throughout especially Ms.Elma and Sir Benjie.Their professionalism and friendliness added to overal positive experience. Our short weekend stay at the George Dawson Inn was made even more memorable because we had the privilege to dine at Flavours 8 restaurant located beside the hotel. The complimentary breakfast served by the restaurant was delicious with full portioning more than enough for me and my husband. For our lunch and dinner, we were lucky we don’t need to go anywhere else coz’ Flavours 8 have complete menu for Western and Asian cuisine - from eggs benny to ckn wings, salads & spring rolls, to soups, pasta and noodles, everything tasted great ! I ordered the chicken Alfredo, and the amount of butter in this dish then sauce was ridiculous.. there had to be over half a cup of butter and barely any sauce.. for someone who eats this dish a lot, they tried telling me that baking the cheese I asked for on top is why there was a huge amount of butter. Waitress then also tried telling me that the butter and sauce separated. Needless to say, it was an excuse after an excuse over a crappy job at cooking this dish after waiting for some time for it to even be served.
