A&W Canada — Restaurant in Dawson Creek

To Owner : You really need to improvement on how to treat your own hard working Staff.. when i was visited your location one of your staff was crying. When i asked that staff he said the owner of this restaurant taking advantage of Foreign Workers. They are brining so many foreign workers at this location and not treating them right & not paying them enough. The staff i was talking with he said he left his family at his back home & came here for his better future for him & his family but the owner of this A&W was brining so many employees from overseas to earn money & after few months they cannot provide us any full time hours so its very hard to survive here in canada... this is...

Food and service is excellent i just have a problem understanding why a all Canadian breakfast and coffee is almost $18 here when it's under $14 in fort st-john and everywhere else a&w should be the same price across the board why am i paying 4 dollars more for exactly the same meal 39 minutes apart? I got Chicken Burgers and drinks to go. A few years ago this place was my favourite place to eat but the quality has been a miss more than half the time I go now. My most recent vist:

Chicken was soggy, not crispy. Bun was soggy. Lettuace was floppy. Burger was SMALL.

The root beer was literally flat. FLAT. No fizz. No cabination at all. No ice. It was burning hot out and no ice in the drink. Really??

So gross. Change the management for the love of god. I'll be eating at McDonalds from now on until you all up the quality of the food to the way it was...
