This review is a little late coming but I've never had such poor service in a Starbuck, 2 Monthes ago I ordered a coffee, technical difficulties with their till arose, two baristas and the manager were behind the counter no orders were pending, but a small line was forming, after waiting for 5min or so, I offered to give exact change for my drip coffee so they could just ring it into the till later, they actually outright refused, and didn't offer to give me my coffee in the meanwhile, I waited another 15min patiently before I just left the place infuriated without my simple drip coffee It seems like common sense that they could have poured my coffee took my exact change and rang it in later, let's be clear there were 3 employees standing behind the till frozen because...

But, arbitrarily choosing to change your opening hours to 8am because of staffing (??) when you’re known for being the go to 6 am coffee stop is really annoying. Does your Head Office know you guys are just taping hand written signs to your door to discourage people from coming because you’re overwhelmed?
I’ve seen a slew of negative 1 star reviews for this location. Were I a regional manager for a corporate machine like the S-Bucks, I’d prob be getting on the horn ASAP to figure out what is going on in my store.

Assuming they had to brew a new pot I was patient while the employees joked, goofed off, and made no less than 5 other drinks while I waited. Finally, at the 15 minute mark I went and asked when the coffee would be ready. Not only did they completely forget but not one of them apologized nor offered compensation. I don't actually want a free coffee, but a sincere apology would have been appreciated when you wait 15 minutes with not one staff member asking if you were waiting for something or if you're doing alright while waiting on...
