I ordered the signature burger, and it was hands-down one of the best I’ve ever had. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, with just the right balance of toppings. I don't usually write bad reviews but the service here was the worst I've had. The wait for the food was long, and they forgot to give me my side I payed for, same thing for my brother's order. While I was waiting in line they messed up the order for the guy next to me, and the employee swore loudly in front of clients when he realized. Onion rings were overcooked and not good, bacon in the poutine was undercooked and disgustingly greasy. No paper towels in the bathroom. I'd give zero stars if possible, do not recommend this location. I love Harveys but very disappointed...

Harvey's has the best tasting burger but this franchise in Delson ruins it every time. I will continue to treat myself to Harvey's but not at this establishment. The burger bun was stale...the meat, usually juicy and delicious...FLAT and BURNT. Rings? Ice cold. Drink? Watery and flat. The only way this happens is if the restaurant is understaffed with no one caring about quality control. Whoever is making these burgers obviously does not care about what they serve. Also, if you choose to use the drive through after 9 pm...be prepared...
