Donair Bite — Restaurant in Delta

Today is 2nd day I found bad and cold steam rice on my chicken rice platter. It is obviously previous day rice mix with today. I don’t know why these people think customers never found this. Also rice sticky and cold.. I’m pretty sure rice going rotten.. I don’t know why doing this stingy game to customer.. I could return it but I don’t want other people to see they play game with rotten rice.. I’m regular customer. At least 10 to 15 times I visit this restaurant on my lunch.. hope u guys quit playing this kind of cheap game. Because we eat rice everyday and I know the conditions of boiled rice between fresh and rotten.. so disappointed. Hopefully donair bite franchise would see this. Something has happened over the last couple of weeks. Food has gone from fantastic to disgusting. We ordered a group order as we always do and all of us ended up throwing our donairs away. The chicken was the texture of overcooked "other" meat and it was full of rubbery, chewy, gross chicken skin. One person also got a falafal donair and said it was very different as well with thin dry falafals. They replaced one order, but the replacement was just as bad and was also thrown in the garbage. Just wanted to say thank you, guys, for the business you do on Annacis Island. Your food is delicious! Today, however, I felt bad because I wasn't grateful enough. When I ordered the 'Extra Super Donair,' the girl made a 'Super' instead. I pointed out that I wanted 'Extra Super,' so the owner asked her to make the correct one. What surprised me was seeing both the 'Super' and 'Extra Super' donairs in my bag, with a charge for only the 'Extra Super.' I regret not thanking them properly at the time.
