Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Delta

--2year update... guess what still the same! orderd a eveything bagel with cream cheese and got near half the tun of cream cheese, co worker got a farmers warp and it was just DRENCHED in sauce.. we goto complain about this and boom nothing but hostility.. Everyone at this store is just combatiitive and cant even do the job they were hired to do. if you dont enjoy your job get a new one.. if your finding people always complaining then fix the issues.. I would avoid the main hub there and go up the street to Donair place and Mexican spot just across the bridge. Dont give these franchise owners anymore money. ALSO do not put your lame link to your website on this post with your crappy response to these! if you cant read reviews and address issues from there then thats an even bigger issue.

This is by far the WORST Tim Hortons I've ever been served at. I've worked on the island for 4 years and nothing has changed, it's like the pick and choose what customers are allowed to have everyday, " sorry today we don't have French vanilla, sorry we don't have espresso, sorry our smoothie machine isn't working, sorry our I've capp machine is down " they serve your coffee 5 inches from the top so why am I paying for a large when all I'm getting is a medium? I've had to drive back to this location time after time for consistently messed up food orders, they can't even make a bacon biscuit sandwich correct, the biscuits completely backwards and no bacon on a bacon biscuit sandwich ? Bagels so burnt the coals in your fore dont stand a chance Come on people and you wanna make 15$ an hour ? You'd think a location as busy as this one you'd always have back up. They're rude over the speaker for the drive thru and they all stand around doing nothing while a line forms to the door inside. This time Hortons needs a serious reality check. Absolutely...

This is now probably the worst Tim Horton’s in the entire GVRD. They love to say no. I tried to order a farmers wrap at 4:30am on my way to work and the guy told me they don’t start breakfast until 5am. Instead I order a bagel with butter and cream cheese and they tell me I can only choose one or they charge extra. When I choose cream cheese, they put it so thin I can barely taste it.

Another time the girl took my order, there was a huge line in the drive thru that took over 15min to get through only for her to tell me they only accept cash. So why didn’t she tell me that before wasting both our time. She refused to give me food they already made because THEIR payment system failed.

Ive been going to this location for 15 years and the last two years their service and quality has become so bad I stopped going. They always make me late taking so long in the drive thru that I may as well wait for McDonalds to open at 5am anyway. These employees are truly miserable. Tim Hortons needs to do...
