The Kop Coffee Roasters — Restaurant in Delta

I am late to the party on this one, but wanted to give this great business my support. I always try to seek out new roasters and cafes whenever possible. This place did not disappoint. I had a good chat with someone who I think is the owner or manager and purchased 2 bags of beans, one for espresso (light med roast) and one for filter (anaerobic coffee nerd stuff). They were both very good and I will definitely try the other beans they offer. The people that work in the area are lucky to have a great shop like this close by. They seem to have stuff that can cater to the enthusiast as well as some stuff that may be more approachable for people that just want a decent fresh coffee. I did not get a chance to try an in house made coffee drink but I would assume it would be delicious given their quality of beans.

Free parking, comfortable lounging space and most importantly (in my opinion), one of the best coffee beans/roasters in the city. This local roaster may be a bit hidden but you'll be coming back to a familiar place after your first visit. Kop produces and maintains quality roasts, and they're open to new tastes. I think you'll find something for your palate here. If you enjoy specialty coffees, try the perfume - my choice bean. If you like sweet drinks, there's a great selection too! On my road trip through the Pacific Northwest, I found this "jewel" of a coffee roastery and cafe in an industrial park since I had a few hours before my ferry left for Vancouver Island.
