L'aromas Coffee Southlands — Restaurant in Delta

Went to grab a coffee before a walk through the neighborhood and beach. Wasn’t overly busy but the 1 staff member working seemed overwhelmed. It took nearly 10 mins to get a 12oz drip coffee.

Banana bread I ordered must have been at least 2 days old. It was very very hard and dry. Had a couple bites and tossed it.

Nice little coffee shop though! Would be a great place to have a drink and chat with a friend or get some emails done. L’Aromas is great so maybe just a bad day. Won’t deter me from going back, just maybe won’t order any baked...

Went this morning for a breakfast sandwich, food was good for the most part but no butter! Completely out of butter which would have been nice to know before ordering a muffin and a bagel. The bagel was completely flattened by the panini press - it looked like two giant crackers. No toaster? Was told the morning glory muffins has no raisins but picked out over a dozen. Meh on our most recent visit. Cafe Misto was weak. So was the iced London Fog. Scones were ok, not overly flavourful for the cranberry orange, but the cheese scone was better. Nice presentation on hot coffee drinks and served with a cute mini cookie. I've had the sandwiches and tacos here and they were fire 🔥. The location and patio are pretty.
