Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Dieppe

This has ALWAYS been my go to when in Moncton. I moved to NB 4 years ago, live about an hour away from Moncton, and when I was first told about Papa Johns, thought i gotta try this place. well they were right, great pizza, great service, UNTIL the last time, 10/18/23. Large pizza, bacon, pepperoni, green olives and chicken bites. We got this to take home with us, never thought to check as we always have had a great pizza. Not this time. The pizza was missing something….oh right, the ingredients. I could barely see the pepperoni, I think maybe 6 pieces, and the olives were pretty well nonexistent as was the cheese, they got it with the bacon, but that’s it.We were so disappointed. I order from the Dieppe location on Sunday august 11 2024. The pizza was supposed to be NY Style Crispy Cuppy 'Roni Pizza well there was no sauce, and I mean NO sauce, there was barley any pepperoni and the pizza was cold. The garlic finger was over cooked and barley no cheeses all dry and cold. I call to have my order replace or refund but no the Asian told me he could give me a free pizza and that was all he can do. It's not the first time it has happened to Dieppe. They are obviously trying to cheap out on all the ingredients to make more money. It is a typical Papa John's in the Maritimes. The staff are very friendly. You can order ahead by phone or on the app. There is a large variety of choices or make your own. Plenty of tasty side dishes. Just be aware that if you don't ask for a specific free dipping sauce, thank automatically give you Garlic. They also throw in a hot pepper. I'm the kind of person who doesn't like wasting food so I asked to have neither added. They also have pizza slice lunch specials from Monday to Friday.
