First off, I was gifted a gift card from a friend who had a bad experience at the Moncton location, and they’ve never gone back, despite his meal being comped & gift card given for their bill. We Decided on take out from Pom’s in Dieppe. No complaints about the service. And our meal was ready quickly. No complaints there. I know Neo style ‘Za is supposed to be thinner, but the centre was very thin. And about a good inch of crust around the edge. Not acceptable. Especially if paying 20 bones for a 12”. I want toppings to cover all of it. The pie was delish, don’t get me wrong. Perfectly cooked. Crust was tasty with a right amount of chew. But too much on the outside, not enough on the inside. Ordered a side Caesar salad along with. They put the dressing in a separate container (nice touch) but the dressing I got was a honey-mustard type, not a traditional Caesar dressing. The salad will be eaten once I buy some proper Caesar dressing. Not impressed. The salad itself looks decent but pricey for a side. I called them back & they told me their dressing wasn’t a traditional style dressing. Had I known, I wouldn’t have ordered. Their fresh squeezed Lemonade was tasty but they serve it warm. It’s ok. I added ice at home. At least I didn’t pay for half ice, half lemonade. At least the Dieppe location is a little more easier to get to, for people with mobility issues, as opposed to the Moncton locale. All in all, definitely NOT satisfied and won’t be back. Not looking for a free meal out of this review. Just expressing my opinion. If you disagree, that’s fine. Any flaming or ignorant replies will...

Went there with my family for supper on a Friday night. Only us and one other pair in the entire restaurant. Great meal until the other table told us we were too loud (we weren’t but they must have never tried to go out with kids for dinner before).
Staff proceeded to tell my kids (on behalf of the other pair) to be more quiet which my 2yr surely understood. My kids proceed to spend the rest of the meal asking what they did bad.
Thought it was a family restaurant as we frequent often but I guess not. Sad one pair could ruin the whole experience and staff didn’t help.
Recommend families don’t go unless your kids don’t talk, or you give them screens...
Read moreI went, as I have been wanting to go for a long time. It was a nice little place - friendly staff. The food was good, not great for the price. T There were no napkins provided at the table or by the waitress, had to go get them near the fridge, but there were none there so I had to ask. Not a big deal. They provide sparkling water from a tap - which was almost hot....i could not understand that....so I had to ask for ice which killed the sparkling nature of the drink - so I had to buy a can of water. Have to admit - that was very odd.
The pizza was a little soggy, but tasted ok - not great - just ok but better than Gusto. Not sure I need to go back but...
