This location is very up and down when it comes to customer service and the amount of toppings every time I go...and this was a low point and probably my last time eating at this location.
I walk in and the employee is on the phone. After a couple minutes he finally waves me up. I give my order and pay(he's still on the phone) and then finally hangs up. He does apologize because he was on the phone with his district manager. I say to myself, at least he said sorry. It goes completely downhill from here. He's completely distracted the whole time he's "serving" me. He's distracted by noise and says the place is haunted because "we've seen stuff" and also tells me he's not aloud to work in the dark if the power goes out or be outside at night or something. He's also talking to his coworker every 5 seconds which completely distracts him and gives me the absolute bare minimum amount of toppings. They also must have just washed the Hummus and Tzatziki spreaders because he used a plastic FORK(not knife) to dab those on the pita. I find this absolutely ridiculous and expect more from Pita Pit...
Read moreThe woman working behind the counter tonight was amazing. It was only the 2nd time my wife and I have been into pita pit and it was the first time for my 8 year old daughter. She walked us all right thru the menu and helped my daughter decide what she wanted and even gave her a few tests to help her decide how she wanted her food. And instead of passing us off to the next employee to make our order, she looked after us from start to finish. My daughter, who hates trying new things, cant wait to go back after the awesome experience. After previously being management in the customer service industry I would be thrilled to have someone like her on my team. Customer service is all about making unforgettable experiences to have returning clientele and she did an amazing job. I wish I have of got her name so she could get the recognition she deserves. I remember her saying she had an only son if that helps, but I cant stress enough how amazing her customer...
Read moreI went to this pita Pit for the first time and the service suboptimal. The menu tv was in French only which I told the cashier and it seems that offended her because she dismissed my observation saying that it will change. After 5 minutes it didn't change so I told her again and she dismissed me again just by saying OK and ask me what I want it to order. When she had to explain the menu she was pretty much upset. I had to tell my wife to continue with the order because I couldn't tolerate that cashier. The food wasn't good, I ordered the spicy Greek pita and it was extremely spicy to the point you can't taste any flavors. I will try my best not to go to this Pita Pit anymore, I rather drive a little bit longer and go to another location. By the way, after we finished eating the menu TV ...
