Hom Thai Cuisine — Restaurant in Dieppe

The worst Thai food I've ever had. We were immediately greated by a pleasant young lady. She pointed to the dinning area and told us to sit wherever we would like. only have the tables in the restaurant were set with menus and flatware. There were only two other tables seated in this small dinning room. Once seated, the young lady who treated us, gave us a few moments then came to our table to take our order. I ordered the Pad Thai and my girlfriend ordered the spicy chicken topped with cheese. My Pad Thai came out within only a few minutes. But before bringing my girlfriend's food, the lone waitress/hostess, brought out the food for another table that had been seated before us, making three trips to and from the kitchen in order to bring out all the food for that table. Approximately 5 minutes after my dish came out, one of the cooks brought my girlfriend's food out. Very strange that they didn't bring both of our dishes together. My Pad Thai was the absolute worst Pad Thai I've ever had and my girlfriend's meal was bitter with what tasted like burnt bits in it. Very unpleasant meal. We will not be back. The atmosphere was nice and the place was very clean, but there were real flowers on the table and they were half dead with leaves...

Amazing Thai food and outstanding service !!! The servers were very attentive and the food came quick. Shortly after getting our meals the chef came to ask how the food was which was a nice touch. The food was fresh, ingredients were so flavorful. I forgot to take a pic of the meal but we had the beef curry samosas (#6), chili beef fried rice (#19) and shrimp pad kee mao (#33) followed by coconut deep fried banana with ice cream for dessert (as shown in the picture). DO NOT SKIP THIS DESSERT! It was DELICIOUS 😋. The samosas were small but packed with flavor. The main dishes were large portions, and just the right amount of heat. We left feeling full and satisfied. My boyfriend is from NYC and compared it to the best Thai in NY. Moncton needed authentic Thai food and Hom Thai delivers. This is a must try and I look forward to going back to try other items...

My wife & I have a go to Thai Restaurant so we usually don’t try other places. But wanted to give "Hom Thai" a go! We ordered, Chilli Thai Fried Rice, Pad Thai, Minced Basil Pork stir fry & Mango Sticky Rice. We asked them to give the spiciest versions of them, but didn't feel the heat as expected. 🙃 Apart from that food and service is great. Mango sticky rice needs to be way better, as it'sa Thai influenced Desert, Mango was unripe, Sticky rice was dry. That's the only thing I didn’t enjoy much.
