We hired fresh kutz to cater our 94 person wedding in June of 2023. This was BEST decision ever! There is a lot to worry about when planning a wedding, but we never once worried about the catering. I cannot recommend Shannon, Clarence, Brooke, and the fresh kutz team enough! From first contact to final contact - everything was 10/10 amazing. I emailed Shannon asking her availability and if they could accommodate a wedding at a private property. She responded very promptly with the most can do attitude ever - she immediately put us at ease. She sent us so much information and answered all of my question during the year of planning. There’s nothing corporate about fresh kutz - you don’t feel like a number to them. It honestly felt like we were dealing with friends! Shannon is fresh kutz secret weapon - she is one of the most competent and friendly people we have ever met and we knew we were in good hands with her!! The tasting experience was very fun and the food is amazing. The set up on the wedding day was flawless … it felt like having friends help us! Shannon had to attend another wedding that evening, so the lead server Brooke took charge during the wedding. Brooke was amazing - the servers and cooks were amazing - you barely noticed they were there! There wasn’t a single issue. Service was fast, food was hot, clearing was fast and none of it was interruptive to speeches. People raved about the food during both cocktail hour and dinner. We chose our wedding date based solely on fresh kutz availability, and we are so happy we did! We also felt they were very reasonably priced. If you are thinking about hiring fresh kutz to cater an event or wedding, please don’t think twice! They exceeded every single expectation. I recently had the pleasure of working with a fantastic catering team for my wedding, and my husband and I couldn't be happier with the results. The food they provided was absolutely delicious and was a hit among all of our guests from meat-lovers to vegetarians and vegans. The standout dishes were definitely the amazing prime rib and the delightful strawberry shortcake served in charming mason jars.

One of the things that really stood out to me was the professionalism and organization demonstrated by the catering staff, especially Shannon, in particular, who played a key role in making everything run smoothly. Her attention to detail and dedication to ensuring that every aspect of the catering was perfect was truly impressive. Clarence, the chef, is also such a fabulous person to work with and extremely talented and kind.  Both Shannon and Clarence went above and beyond to make sure that our vision for the catering was brought to life. Not only was the food exceptional, but the staff themselves were a joy to work with. They were attentive, friendly, and accommodating to all of our needs and requests. It's clear that they take pride in their work and are genuinely passionate about making events special for their clients.

Overall, we are beyond grateful for the wonderful experience provided by this catering team. From the initial planning stages to the execution on the day of the event, everything was flawless. The combination of delicious food, wonderful staff and expertise made our wedding day truly memorable. I would highly recommend this catering service to anyone and you MUST go eat at their restaurant, especially on Sundays for their eggs benedict special.

We had Clarence and his team cater our wedding at Brooklands Farm in Bracebridge. For cocktail hour we had an assortment of hors d'oeuvres including crab cakes, sliders, cheese and meat platters as well as fresh fruit and vegetable platters. For dinner we had roast beef strip loin, chicken marsala and a vegan option. Everything came out on-time, was hot, and tasted so delicious. For dessert Clarence made an assortment of pies and strawberry shortcake. Honestly the pies were SOOO good. We had some guests with certain dietary restrictions and Clarence had made sure we were covered with vegan and gluten-free options. We had many people at the wedding come up to us afterwards raving about how amazing all the food was. Not only was the food fantastic, Clarence made the entire process really enjoyable as he was really professional and responsive when we had questions. Clarence also offered to do a tasting with us a few months prior to the wedding so we could try a bunch of different options to finalize our menu. We are so happy that we made the decision to go with Fresh Kutz. THANK YOU...
