Harvey's — Restaurant in District Municipality of Muskoka

March 6 , 2024 Ordered a an original burger with just ketchup. Looks like they just ripped the cheese off of it because my daughter was complaining there was cheese bits on her burger. Ordered a grilled chicken wrap with extra lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese, cucumber, hot peppers and ranch, they forgot the ranch and the tomatoes. Ordered a original with cheese with ketchup, tomato hot peppers. They forgot the cheese and the hot peppers. Had to ask for sauce for the chicken spring rolls that we ordered because they didn't add any in the bag. I'm thinking I'm due for some free meals or reimbursement or something at this point. Anyways, calm down the 6-year-old picked all the bits of cheese off and now I'm adding my own toppings. $39 meal should come correct in this day and age when we can't afford to eat. Thanks!

Nov 10 ,2023. 330 pm I can only assume they are training new staff as the grilled chicken wrap has always been my favorite. A little pricey but always a good size for the cost. It's my go to. Today it was a quarter of its normal size. All the same toppings ordered and they stopped offering tzatziki 😭 Today.....Tried the nuggets again, no meat rock hard, small and shorted two from order...😭

Months ago....never get what I order. Third time my order has been messed up in 3 years. Never treat myself and when I do..... "Can I please get a grilled chicken wrap packed with extra lettuce and blah blah blah with double tzatziki?" Comes with hardly anything on it all!!!!! It's lettuce people!! Learn how to read a chit!! And yes I've worked in food and beverage! Very disappointed...

The STAFF were WONDERFUL EVEN THOUGH they were WORKING WITHOUT AIR-CONDITIONING and the the place was full of orders. The unfortunate staff that were cooking over the grill etc where the temperature was 10 degrees more looked like zombies, as they looked as if they were going to pass out in front of me. I went to have a meal and cool off from the heat wave that hit Ontario. I am an advocate for people's right. Ontario is in a SEVERE HEATWAVE which everyone knew was happening before & after CANADA DAY'S LONG WEEKEND. THIS IS APPALLING & DEPLORABLE that the AIR-CONDITIONER WASN'T REPAIRED. THIS IS INEXCUSABLE!!! I've been going to Harveys for years. Harveys have had to close many locations in many cities in Ontario. If they don't respect their staff how can we the clients trust them to provide grade A meats, good quality bread etc. I seriously thinking about BOYCOTTING HARVEYS & START A PETITION!!! #Harveys should be ashamed of...

Lasted evening went to the drive thru and there was 5 cars in front of me and absolutely no one in restaurant. It took 17 minutes just to get to the speaker to order. Then when I got up to the speaker I had to wait another 6 minutes just to take my order. Then drove up to the window. I order poutine and onion rings. Paid then went around to the receiving end and waited another 10 minutes. The gentleman came out and gave us our meal. I felt like I live there waiting so long. Got my bag and at this point we were hungry. Our food was cold. Poor set up for people getting simple things. Too small of location for drive thru. Dont go here if you are hungry or you will or you will die of hunger. Was totally diappointed and would of been faster to drive to Bracebridge or Orillia to get better and faster service. Not worth the time or effort...
