Awful customer service. Last time i ordered from here, i had ordered a desi pizza. Instead, when i got home, i saw that i had received a veggie pizza instead. I called to let them know because i thought i may have gotten someone else’s order. The person who had picked up the phone had let me know that they will compensate for the mistake next time. I called today, to place another order. When placing my order, i made sure that I was ordering a desi pizza, explaining what had happened last time. To this, the person on the line yelled at me asking me if i want to order a pizza or argue. I explained i wasnt arguing but he just hung up on me. Hi attention plz For all muslim friends this guy is sirilanka He don't know about halal and haram I ordered food because they told us 100% halal .when I go pick up my order the girl told me on the cash it's not halal .so I said why you guys have on flyers she said it's old owners not us 🙄. So when I ask them refund or replace with something else he said no it's our mistake so I said why you tell people it's halal or why you write on flyers it's 100% halal . The pizza and poutine are good but also average. Attention all halal-eaters! This restraint is NOT halal even though it says it on rhe menu. When we gave our order they said that the chicken was nor halal and tye only ring that is halal on their menu is the pepperoni.
