Wendy's — Restaurant in Dorval

It was pretty bad…

I ordered 4 jr bacon cheese and non had tomato inside as they should I asked why and they said they don’t have anymore, though I wasn’t notified…

I asked why I wasn’t told this before the order and what could be done to correct the situation, and she said nothing.

I asked to speak to the manager and she went back to the manager smiling and laughing as she explained what was going on and the manager then came to the front.

I explained everything again and the manager turns to the cashier with a smirk on her face, said something in Hindi and then turned back and said they’d give me an additional jr bacon cheese.

The experience wasn’t pleasant.

I enjoy leaving good reviews as I know they help, though when a company handles a situation like they did and also doesn’t have much in stock because of what seems like overall poor management then I’m also okay leaving a poor review.

Place is very dirty, even though I see employees talking and doing nothing when no customers are making a purchase and when purchases are being made the service is very slow, as well they’re out of other things besides tomatoes, such as large fry boxes and coffee…who knows what else...

I was at this location yesterday afternoon, I’m a long haul truck driver and had been working all day (coming from the USA) and wanted to get a salad. Right now it’s difficult for us truckers to find food as restaurants are closed and only serving drive thru or delivery. Obviously we can’t drive a big rig thru a drive thru. Many restaurants/fast food places in the USA and some in Canada recognize this and are now open to walk ups to their drive thru windows to help out us truckers while on the road delivering supplies, groceries, etc, keeping things going. Even with the restaurants willing to help out tho, it’s still hard to find food and the parking space to do so. This Wendy’s location however was NOT willing to help me out, with no other reason than “we can’t, it’s against the rules”. Really, with all that is going on around the world, you can’t (or won’t) make an exception for truck drivers, the people who work like crazy to bring YOUR food to you on time so you can stay open, make money and FEED PEOPLE. I am really disappointed in this Wendy’s location. You get 1 star only because I had to put one to post...

We went to get two trios tonight on the drive in service. No one was responding so after a few minutes we advanced to the window to order and see who could help us. No wonder, they did not hear us..There was a tremendous commotion inside. At first, we thought it was some drunken customers, but no, it was the staff having an epic fight in the kitchen, enough that one would have thought a 911 call would be necessary. I mean Epic stuff. Enough that I thought I could have received a french fry basket thrown at my head.via that window! Just unbelievable. The only one that was holding it together was the 16 year old poor boy at the window, he deserves a promotion for his professionalism. I’ve never seen this before we thought someone was going to get killed. I thought it was a family business with a serious dangerous fight. The older lady seemed to cause a great deal of the commotion, violent and yelling throughout the kitchen I rarely write reviews but this was something...
