Boston Pizza — Restaurant in Drayton Valley

I love the pierogie pizza from here but that’s about all to be honest. We went for pasta last night and I ordered the jumbalaya pasta. It was pasta special night so the price dropped from being their most expensive pasta ($19) to being ($12). HOWEVER, the pasta was very bland it had no spices or flavours in it whatsoever and had it being jumbalaya it just tasted like someone stirred in a can of crushed tomatoes with frozen shrimp and chicken and called it a night. Maybe that’s standard procedure on how to make it but I’ve never tasted something that lacked so much flavour it was bad :( I didn’t want to complain cuz that just makes me feel like a bad person or something. However the portion was quite hefty I could not even eat it all but again on the other hand it was also served just warm. So I’m guessing it was sitting under a heater for some time? I hate being one to complain. I went to Boston pizza because it’s a great place but the food there is kind of not worth the money at all. Especially when I’m eating out I want something special not something under average it’s just sad. Most blandest, mediocre jumbalaya pasta I’ve tasted to date. 3 stars because I do enjoy the pizza however I won’t be eating anything else from here...

Theres nothing quite like a warm meal after a long drive. Boston Pizza in Drayton Valley might seem like the ideal place to stop for that meal, but that is only an illusion. I sat down and ordered a beer. My drink was delivered along with a menu, and that was the end of service. I checked facebook and sent some emails as I drank my beer and patiently waited to be served. A half hour later, my beer was empty and still no service. It wasnt until I started spinning my empty bottle that anyone came by to take my order, but she didnt take my order. Just asked if I wanted another beer. I told her I came to eat but no one served me. She walked away, so I left $7 on the table, to pay for my beer, and left.

The waitress then chased me out, telling me not to come back.

The food isnt that good and the help is useless. I suggest you eat from a dumpster instead of BP's. The homeless person next to said dumpster will probably treat you with more respect and you will at least, be...

This is not a destination for food in my experience. Working out of town , unfamiliar territory so eating here has been a good experience in my experience. I ordered a plant based burger and side to go and not taking the time to view my order leaving back to the hotel. To my dismay after opening the side dishes, I saw a bacon chicken burger. After a moment I set this aside and called the store location to share the mishap I'm seeing. Right away after hearing of the mix up they prepared a new order to be delivered. Not sure of the exact time I received the order I placed, but I wasn't pleased by the overcooked plant based burger I received.
