Three Knights Steakhouse & Pizza — Restaurant in Drayton Valley

We happened across this place, and it's seriously old-scool vibes. Onto the service,.. seated quickly, order and drinks done fast! The rootbeer here is better than A&W's, and the French Onion soup is incredibly well flavored & I don't like that type of soup 😋 but this might convert me.

Ordered a vegan burger with mushrooms -wrapped in lettuce, and a side of fries, and gravy. Hubs had a mushroom swiss burger, mashed potatoes, and gravy.

Ok, I can't type enough about how GREAT this food was! Vegan burger superior to almost all other vegan burgers, and the fries/gravy had me imagining the 80's again. - which is a beautiful thing! Hubby said he's not had a better burger, and this guy has had many different burgers, OFTEN. To me, the bite I had tasted like mom's burger -growing up.

Calling any millenials, gen z, hipsters etc, if you want to taste excellent food from way back....visit here!!!! You're missing out. Or, make your parents happy and bring them here. 🤩🤩🤩

Service beyond seating, was sparse but it was pretty busy, so I was willing to overlook the fact that we had to search for someone else to get a pop refill.

Such a bad experience that I’ve had in this establishment. First time dining in for my daughter’s birthday. Unfortunately, it was ruined by one of their servers who had a long hair and glasses. To start, her overall vibe was very off, it didn’t seem like she wanted to serve our table. It felt like us, the customers, were burdening her. She had a very non-caring and condescending monotone which didn’t bother us at first, but her attitude was what threw us off. She asked us if we were ready, we said yes. Apparently there’s a certain order on who orders according to her. One of my daughters attempted to order first, and she interrupted her saying that she was going to ruin the order on what order comes first. I didn’t know that this was a rule, anywhere if I say so myself. Not to undermine whatsoever, however, numerous fine dine steakhouses such as HY’s in Calgary, had exemplary customer service, and never have I ever felt such a nuisance to an establishment. My dinner was ruined. If customers are treated like this always; you’re better off...

The clinical stuff first. Food: Exceptional! Service: Exceptional! Ambience: Extremely good! Parking: Easy Today we were a party of four and had made reservations for lunch. COVID is still around and we were seated far away from anyone else...big plus. Seated quickly and professionally. This is an 'upscale' restaurant. Everything professional.....Why would area residents drive to Edmonton with this restaurant in the area? We were celebrating an Anniversary today and the staff was aware. We ordered a variety of dishes: Seafood, steak and beef. All arrived in a timely manner hot and coordinated. Salads were fresh-made, crunchy and tasty.....so I'm told. Steak was done-to-order.....perfect! Fish, shrimp and beef seasoned exactly right. Our waitress was quite young, dressed properly and very professional. No hovering but there if we needed her. The restaurant 'gave' the Anniversary couple their dessert....which was great, I'm told!....well done! Would I recommend this restaurant?...
