Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Drayton Valley

See my video on YouTube " DQ owner's greed". The cashier asks me "would you like to upsize your combo to a poutine". The picture looked good so I did. The extra cost was $3.49. What I received was a half empty bowl and it looked nothing like their menu board product. I asked the cashier to fill it up, she agreed to. The Manager stopped her and took over. I got a lecture and condescending demo on how DQ rips their customers off. Instead of adding a few more fries to my original order she made a new order just to berate me in front of the customers and employees. She weighed each french fry and the liquid called gray for a combined weight of 10oz. I was upset with the greed not the employees. I left after getting my food and i am now banned for sticking up for myself. Wow... To the owners/DQ, maybe next time fill the bowl up like in your picture. To add insult to injury, she banned me if I posted my video. So for my $3.49 upgrade I got watered down yellow gravy ( not beef colour ) and unmelted oil/ cheese and a half empty bowl again. My wife and I visited the fabled DQ in Drayton Valley and were thoroughly impressed with their craftsmanship and service. We ordered one blizzard which cost less than other DQ's we had visited and the flavor was superb and the appearance was immaculate. The blizzard was served in a traditional inverted position and was subsequently flipped and thrust upon me in a manner fitting for the almighty. Overpriced, rude and don’t follow their own rules. And when they mess up on your order and you try to correct it they slam the window in your face and ignore you until you leave. Honestly a terrible place and the food is gross, don’t know why but the stuff in drayton makes me feel ill. I have heard they don’t clean any of their machines in drayton. Makes sense because any other Dairy Queen food is fine. But the stuff in drayton is different. I was charged $30 for one burger (no fries or ice cream) and a drink.
