Khal's Steakhouse and lounge — Restaurant in Drayton Valley

Took teenage son out for Birthday Dinner ..Split an oder of nachos , fries with gravy and a full rack of bbq ribs . Of the 3 orders ,nachos were cold!Not warm cold . Very very little toppings and no cheese or topping on after the top layer of nachos , so half the plate was just cold nacho chips . It was terrible ! Have a stomach ache now . Very turned off . The fries were cold , did not receive our gravy and of a full rack of ribs between 3 people and two teenage boys being two of those people , we couldn’t eat it because it was so dry , no sauce and just like left over ribs from a few days ago in the fridge! We had 3 different things and they were all bad! Very bad! This was a nice family birthday outing that was ruined by a very bad meal . 3 bad meals in fact ! Was our first time in this town for dinner and this restaurant Khal’s Steakhouse and lounge and it will most definitely be our last also . Would not recommend to anyone wanting to pay for a good or even great food -a meal worth eating !! Bad Stay Away...

Have messed up my orders numerous times staff is super incompetent to be brutally honest. Unfortunate because the food is fairly good! But are not very aimed towards costumer service satisfaction at all.. atleast never in my case.. Thus Earning 1 Star.

(EDIT TO REPLY) your menu and staff should be more specific in options and prices and meat options have adjusted prices- so to charge someone the same for meat options is a bit silly. And no, I asked for a large soup I even have the voice recording but the fact you continue to tell me im wrong and you're right is exactly why I will leave my review as is and continue to tell others of how costumers are talked down to. You offered to sell me another soup, but no delivery so for me to use my time, money and gas was not a fair alternative to your...

Best food in the province for sure, maybe all of Canada. I tried so many places in Alberta and around the world and I can confidently say this place is the best. Service is very fast and precise. You order something and before you know it it’s coming with perfect timing also when you order appetizers. I honestly thought that Boston Pizza’s Calamari was the best until I tried this one. Crunchy and soft on the inside and the way they serve it with the freshly chopped purple onions... o my! They even cut their own meat for the stakes and the burgers they actually grind the beef and prepare their own patties. Vegetables are fantastic. Not overly cooked and very flavourful. Just perfect. If you wanna eat well try this place and you will be glad you did. They should be named Canada’s best...
