KFC — Restaurant in Drayton Valley

1st time we went through the drive through the girl on the other end of the mic rudly yelled no we don't have any veggie burgers. 2nd time we went into the restaurant we politely asked if they have veggie burgers which KFC advertises and the manager rudely said "No were out". Then a few of the customers very rudely laughed and very loudly said "why are you here at KFC if you don't eat meat". Ummmm cause I'm a Flippin vegetarian ........ face. Everyone was laughing. I really feel that the manager and the customers were extremely rude and alot of other bad words. (I don't think this location carries veggie burgers so they lie and say there out) so if I wanted to (which I dont) I could have sued them for false advertising and being extremely rude and lying to us. Both times were very embarrassing and terrible. Horrible customer service and terrible staff and customers there. We will never go back and believe that this ruined our relationship with all KFC's...

We went in and waited 45 minutes to get food the guy ahead of us had 6 other people come after him and get food first and when asked they said his went to the drive thru ... so he had to wait another 7 minutes for chicken after waiting nearly an hour as is .. when they called for our order 15 mins before we realized they didn't call it what we ordered so we did not know it was ours ... after asking about it .. she got snappy and said well that's what we called.... NO IT WASN'T SO.. when we got our food it was cold the fries were stale and the only reason I'm even rating this place 1 star it because the chicken tenders were good the customer service was rock bottom terrible and this place is very badly disorganized .... and on a further note .. You're in Canada .. speak English .. It's just rude ... so disgusted by this place and it's a shame because I love kfc and i will...

I went here, walked inside, waited for 7 minutes, no one came to the front,the staff could be heard laughing, and when people tried to get their attention, they increased the laughter and laughed even louder, this was on January 10th, around 11:30 am. I walked out...went to Wendy's, and mentioned what was happening, was over heard by patrons of Wendy's and told that's not the first time and this is a common occurrence when the KFC staff do not want to serve customers...I've frequented the KFC since it opened here in Drayton and this recent staff change, is unacceptable in Drayton Valley, if they want to laugh and ignore customers, they can leave Drayton and find work elsewhere, we try our best to accept the New Comers, to our country and them being Ignorant after everything we sacrificed for them to be in Canada, is a huge insult to...
