McDonald’s — Restaurant in Drayton Valley

I ordered 2 breakfast meals and i was literally the only vehicle in the drive through it was 7:20am and i was told it would be 2 minutes for the hash browns to be cooked and was told to pull ahead to the waiting spot and they would bring it out when it was ready.i said "there is no one else here? Can I just wait here if it's only going to be 2 minutes?" The rude server told me "No, it's mcdonalds policy to have vehicles pull ahead if they order more than a drink" 4 minutes after I pulled ahead to wait, still had no food brought out. Another 3 minutes went by and after an additional 5 vehicles went through the drive through, the rude employee brought my food out to my vehicle, at which point I asked what the delay was, the employee snapped back at me and told me that it was because they had to make fresh food. I asked how the 5 vehicles that showed up after I was already parked waiting, got there orders taken, bagged served and drove past me. The Employee lied and said that they only ordered coffee, when I clearly saw her handing bags of food to the other vehicles. The employee was extremely rude and unprofessional (should be fired)........I hope the manager or owner reads this and realizes that they have lost a customer forever and that I will be calling mcdonalds canada and sharing my experience with them as well. Worst service I have ever gotten I just wish that I could give zero stars as thats what this...

You know how every now and then you get a McDonald's that is just awful?? Well this is one of them. You can tell the owner is one of those cheap skates. I say this because not only was my bun the most stale I've ever had but they charge 20 cents for mcchicken sauce!! Even the ones that charge 10 cents are butt holes but 20 cents?? When the guest ahead of me asked for some the manager woman basically yelled from across the restaurant "20 cents each". Wow. The owner probably keeps the change donated to the Ronald McDonald house. The inside was unclean, the outside was worse, and the building looks like the repairs were done by high school kids. Oh. And did I mention that the one mcchicken sauce I did buy, was expired!! Don't usually go to McDonald's very often but sometimes you've gotta give it a go. We'll I decoded to try the new Angus BBQ burger.
