Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Drayton Valley

Tim Hortons Group:can we get this location CLOSED! It does not meet TH standards.* This location is horrible. I do not recommend anyone come here. First of all there us no sign for drive through entrance, with car wash entrance nearby, it is so confusing. 2nd, it was morning and I tried to order Large Turkey Beacon Club was told no large one. Folks this is the only stuff I order from Tim Hortons. The large one is $9.99 and it is worthy to get it...some of the T H their owners are "Smart" as they do not sell Large but Regular which is $7 which is half of the size of the regular one. They want you to buy 2 regular to pay for $15 but a large charges at $ 10. Some of the locations are friendly and nice they offer you 2 regular at one large price. The staff are not friendly...at all. Please stay away from...

More worried about the drive through times than taking down the right order and getting customers the items they want

Edit: Gave them another chance as they’re closer to my work and once again them rushing the drive through caused me to be misserved. I asked for espresso foam which they charged me and had me wait for just to tell me after waiting that they didn’t have it and would just put in an espresso shot (which is not what I asked for and made it taste completely different) when if they’d told me that at the speaker or before I paid I would have just ran to the other tim hortons. If I could give zero stars I would and will never be returning no matter how much extra time it takes to go to the other timmies that always...

Came to Tim’s Horton sat 620 am knocked on the window because the door was locked and there were supposed to open the doors at 6 am. I kindly knocked on the window a couple of time to just have the supervisor look up at me and completely ignore that I was there. I knocked a couple more times and they all kept their back turned. Others showed up at the door with me and also left. Drayton is a town of truckers and workers and the last thing you should do is ignore your core clients. I’m no longer coming here for my daily coffee and breakfast, McDonald’s will get my money...
