We just had the most wonderful vegan lunch at this place discovered when I did a search on Google maps for vegan restaurants on our way back to NH from Quebec. I had the Poke bowl and my husband had the Mediterranean with added scrumptious tofu cubes. The poke bowl had edamame and warm tofu slices with a delicious dressing and shredded beets, carrots, kale, microgreens, sweet potato cubes. For dessert we had the vegan cheese cake with a base of chocolate and nuts and a chocolate layer and a caramel layer and a chocolate coffee truffle.
