Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Dutton/Dunwich

I love Popeyes chicken but definitely not at this place at the service centre on the 401 near West Lorne. I ordered a two piece combo. The stressed and very curt server indicated they only have two pieces of chicken left and they were spicy. I said fine. However, it was 1 PM, the peak of the crowd. This is like McDonald’s running out of hamburgers!! Get the order and then went to the pop dispenser. It had run out of Coke, Diet Coke and Root Beer. This is like McDonald’s running out of French fries!! You’d think the server would have told this in advance. Then I open up the box. Today 08/28/2025 I been to this location, Chicken was extremely oily, I added a picture below, no ketchups, counter person didn’t ask if I need any ketchup or any dipping sauce at all, no spoon or folks, I ordered mash potatoes.. I visited the Popeyes location at OnRoute recently and unfortunately, it was a really disappointing experience. The food was extremely greasy and it was obvious that the oil they used hadn’t been changed in a while. Everything tasted old and heavy. I’ve had Popeyes before and enjoyed it, but this location didn’t meet the usual standards at all. Definitely wouldn’t recommend stopping here unless they improve the quality and freshness...
