This morning, around 7:20-7:30 AM, my husband and I stopped at the Tim Hortons at Dutton East (on route). Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences Iāve ever had at any Tim Hortons location.
To start, the staffās behavior was extremely unprofessional. Based on what one of the morning staff mentioned, the night shift staff, who had prepared our order, were responsible for the errors. A female staff member who took our order didnāt greet us, say thank you, or communicate properly. Instead, she made strange facial expressions and appeared to talk negatively about us with her colleagues. This behavior made us feel extremely uncomfortable, especially as multiple staff members began looking at us.
The order itself was completely incorrect. We asked for coffee but were given tea, and the bagel we ordered with extra butter had no butter at all. When we requested napkins, we were treated as though we were asking for something unreasonable. The only positive aspect of this visit was a white female staff member who handed us our coffee and treated us kindly.

She was rude and had zero smile on her face, and I understand that working at fast food might be tiring, but at that point, they were not at all busy .I politely asked her for a bag, (she acted like she was doing me a big favour and made weird face )she just put the bag on the counter without even saying anything. I asked her can I please get a bag and she gave me a dirty face and put the bag on countercounter I was telling them thanks hi etc. they did not seem to be concerned about customer service at all, there was a guy and he was still nice. He looked like he was pretty New, but he was still trying, but the girl even when she was making my latte. She was just messing it up and she was making it like someoneās just forcing her to do that and she does not wanna do it at all. I mean that if a customer is asking you for something at least say yes, or sure or anything. there are words that you can possibly use, but I donāt know why but she was just extremely rude. EVERYTIME I stop here I find myself standing there in line with my blood boiling! Trust meā¦you ALWAYS have enough time standing in these lines to hit level 10 frustration! Itās not because of ālabour shortageā either. Thereās always half a dozen employees talking behind the counter while one begrudgingly serves the 20 or so people one by one. PLUS somehow they think itās reasonable to charge MORE than every other store! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Too bad itās the only thing around for miles! Probably the only reason they still exist. ā¦.I gotta lose this...
