Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Dutton/Dunwich

Waited 15 mins for a steeped tea. When I finally received it one other men ordered steeped tea at the same time but his had sugar (a lot of sugar) and was given to me. I have a medical condition where I cannot have sugar. When I brought it back to the lady after taking a large sip of it, I told her that it was the wrong order. There was not a lot of people there, but there was a lot of employees standing around. She gave me an attitude when I asked for a new one and told me that it would be another five minutes and that I would have to wait at the other side of the counter. When I got to the other side of the counter, she poured the other man’s drink that was mistaken as well into my cup. When I called her out on it, she said I didn’t do that loudly. When I told her I didn’t want it anymore and give me a refund she gave me an attitude. Tim Hortons needs to have a place that knows how to run a restaurant. The employees are extremely rude and unsanitary. This is disgusting. Tim Hortons pick up your game🤮 If I could give a lower star rating, I would. Tim Hortons has been falling apart for the last few years and their standard of employees...

In the last 'edit' of my review, I mentioned "positive changes".. they have certainly kept up their pace! Today, I asked the names of three people that personally stand out . Always welcoming, very professional and polite, clean and sanitary. I'm sure there are others but these are the people I see very early.. Coffee and food always available and fresh!! Sail, Surinder & (I'll get correct name tomorrow. This crew, has risen to the top and completely changed the direction this Tim Hortons was going in!

*Edit as of Fri Nov 15, 24 (2 stars) No issues in the last few weeks. New crew is making some real positive changes. Baking is done earlier now and there's options by 4a.m. hopefully this continues!

Highway Robbery. Every Timmies I've been to, a medium coffee is $1.60. Not this place. So I'm excited to go and grab a coffee for the remainder of my trip. I bring a toonie in with me knowing that it will be more than enough to buy my java. But nooooo. To my shock and dismay it cost me $2.12. I said to the lady,"I ordered a medium". She said ,"Yes". I said," But everywhere else it's a buck 60". She said," You haven't been here in a while because it's been $2.12 for about a year". I said ," Tell your manager that's price gouging". $2.12 is a little high but I don't mind paying whatever if they're all charging the same price.
