Rude & Horrible Service 🔔 I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews (took me 15 min to even log in to make this review), but my experience today at the Arby’s on 12805 50 St around 4:10 PM was shockingly poor. I came in with my laptop, intending to grab a meal and get some work done—especially since the tables have plug-ins and seem designed for that kind of use. When I asked if there was Wi-Fi, an older Middle Eastern employee front of counter bluntly responded, “No, not for customers.” I was surprised and asked why not, pointing out that McDonald’s in the same lot offers Wi-Fi. Her response? “Then why are you here? Go there.” She then laughed and walked off while the other staff around her joined in. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. She walked away without a single apology and even gave me a nasty look before heading outside. One of the other employees attempted to smooth things over by saying she “meant it differently,”. Despite the disrespect, I stayed, tethered my own Wi-Fi from my phone, and ate my food. But the attitude and complete lack of basic customer service made it clear why it’s been years since I’ve been to this location—and why I won’t be coming back. **Management should review the security footage from the moment I walked in—**and use it as a training video on how not to treat your customers. As you might have figured by now — I did not ring the ‘service was great’ bell at the door.

If 0 stars was an option I would of picked that. I had a 40% off coupon I received in my email. I had taken a screen shot of it as I don't keep advertising emails. I mentioned the coupon before ordering, all was fine. Got to the window and was asked to see it. Manager came to window and I showed her my phone. She proceeds to physically take my phone (hello Corona Virus!!!) And starts swiping through it. She ends up refusing to honor it because it wasn't the original and I couldnt find it in my deleted ones. Ok fine, I could deal with that. However, I proceeded to pay full price for 2 French dips with poutines, 2 beef and cheddar combos and 1 ham and Swiss slider. Our entire meal was cold! The poutines must of sat for a while (probably the whole time she argued my coupon and lectured her staff on checking coupons properly) as they were completely soggy with a clump of cheese we couldn't mix. And then, had we not checked the bags before driving away, we would have been missing 1 beef and cheddar. Needless to say that was my first and last time going to this Arbys. Nobody should have to pay almost $50.00 for cold food and bad service from an argumentative manager.

Drove 30min to this Arby’s for a classic roast beef with cheddar. Also needed to use the bathroom, the manager refused to turn the lights on until I ordered something. I couldn’t wait so I went in the dark. When I came out, I ordered my classic roast beef sandwich with cheddar sauce.. they gave me the wrong bun (onion bun when it should have been sesame seed), next to no roast beef and smothered the bottom bun in disgusting red ranch. Not at all what I ordered. I come here often and they seem to ALWAYS make this mistake. I will not be coming here again for a very long time. With these constant screw ups and stupid in store rules, it’s no wonder there’s only 3 restaurants left in the city

Firstly, this is a praise for the staff at this location, not only for their service, but also for their professionalism and concern for the well-being of both myself and my passenger. And also an apology.

Unfortunately, there was an incident involving a loiter they'd been trying to have leave the property almost all day, who had been harassing costumers for food/money. Usually this wouldn't be an issue, but the individual in question was, unfortunately, causing safety issues and would not take no for an answer and was very forceful in the manner in which they were asking for help.

While I'm usually one for helping others out in times of need, what I am not comfortable with is individuals being forceful about these things and making it so you have no choice but to say yes. Unfortunately I didn't have time to roll my window up before this individual approached, and once encountered, I didn't feel safe or comfortable enough to say no and neither did my passenger when they asked for food. So we said yes and ordered them a meal as we did not know how this individual would respond, (not that we didn't want to help someone, just the situation was very uncomfortable), and unfortunately given my window was open and they were in arms reach of me, I didn't want to risk being attacked as i wasn't sure what saying no would result in given their forcefulness. While I understand this may come off as judgemental towards this individual, but when confronted by strangers, especially those that do not take no for an answer and are forceful, it is hard not saying yes just to avoid confrontation, and again I apologize to the staff for allowing this individual to pressure us into encouraging their behavior. But my safety and my passengers came first and foremost.

But as for praise of the staff, not only did they take their own safety into account when this individual got between my vehicle and the drive thru window, they also took in ours and got who I am assuming is the manager. Who even though he'd been dealing with this individual all day to leave, was still very polite, kind, and friendly in telling them they had to leave and stop loitering around as it was clearly causing safety concerns and other things and given the way this individual responded to the confrontation, I am slightly glad I had not said no to him, as he walked off and kicked a sign after blatantly ignoring the manager telling him to leave among other things.

I do not regret putting mine and my passengers safety first, nor do I really regret helping someone in need, but the way the individual went about it was not right and it was a rather uncomfortable situation and I wish to apologize to the staff while also praising them on the way they handled the situation.

I hope that after we left this individual finally left and stopped causing issues for the staff. And once again,...

Decided to order from here as a treat and it was going pretty good and most of our order was almost packed up to find out we still had to wait an additional 3 minutes for chicken to be cooked. One of the girls was about to place our order on the counter and all I said was it’s going to get cold and all of sudden HANA was her name had such an attitude and rolling her eyes at us and when I asked what her name was she was trying to hide it. First of I spent a lot of money for 4 meals to get treated like dirt.. I’m not very happy with the service from this employee. This little girl needs to learn to respect people and honestly if that is too hard for her to handle then she should not be working in an environment that requires communication with people and people with disabilities. That really has me so upset that I honestly don’t want to come back to your restaurant. So to anybody out there I would really watch this location. And the disability access has no power doors so you have to fight to open the doors and hold them open when your on crutches (just having a hip replacement)or in a wheelchair and the ramp going in to the doors has a 1 inch step up so again not very welcoming to the...
