Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Edmonton

Probably the worst service at this Tim Hortons than any other I have ever been to and it just keeps getting worse.

They have hired a bunch of NEW people and the service has gotten absolutely way worse than its ever been... theres 5 of them running around banging into each other like a bunch of chickens and the coffee...omg....the coffee is never correct now.. . its really just ridiculous lately and about a month before... no problems. Dont know whats going on here but everything is way below standard for any Tim Hortons. Hopefully management figure it out soon before they start losing customers to the Tims down the road.

WTH happened to this tim hortons and WHY can this one NOT put in the proper amount of sugar OR cream in the coffee??? How is it this damn hard to get your coffee the way you ask for????

Out of 5 new people none can make a single cup of coffee properly

And no joke.... I took my coffee back today because I got it in the drive through and NO COFFEE!!! ITS HOT WATER....AND CREAM....THEY FORGOT TO PUT THE COFFEE GROUNDS IN TO MAKE THE COFFEE!!!!!

that alone should be an instant fire.

Unbelievable.

Hit or a miss here. I have gone there through the drive through incredibly fast and efficiently and I've had gone through slowly with frustration. This morning however was the first time I was mad after leaving. Now I understand mistakes happen. I will continue going. But when ordering at the speaker I was frustrated with the staff talking to me. I repeated things and didn't feel confident that my order was understood. I got to the window and the staff asked me if one coffee was supposed to be dark roast. I said yes. Then as they were putting my breakfast meals together the staff member walked away towards the front and said, "We have no more hash browns. We are out of hash browns!" Seemingly a little frantic. Then she came up to the window and asked us if we wanted cookies instead. 10 am in the morning. No thanks I do not want cookies. So we got muffins. I wanted to say.... who runs out of hash browns at 10 am on a Sunday???? I try not to be impatient or start yelling so I decided to take the muffins and go. Not a great way to start the morning in my opinion. I would say 60-70% of the time I have a good...

Honestly would give 0 stars. I usually always come to this location unfortunately because it’s closest to my house but from now on i’d rather drive a few more kilometers to get to somewhere else. First I come here to be greeted almost every time by this rude lady. It’s the morning and i’m already having a bad morning and she asks me what I want. I ask for a plain bagel with plain cream cheese and a cinnamon raisin bagel with strawberry cream cheese. she proceeds to tell me they don’t have strawberry cream cheese in the rudest way. mid way she always says “i need you to speak up” in the rudest tone ever. i’m already annoyed at this point. i then ask if i can get bacon bagel sandwich instead of sausage on it and she says “english muffin or biscuit is what you get”. so you’re telling me you can simply replace the sausage with bacon??? everything she says is in a very aggressive rude way and i will never be going back to this location. i just told her to cancel everything and i drove off. she needs to learn how to do customer service because this is...
