Had the worst experience possible at this McDonalds last night. When I came around 10:30 the drive thru was quite busy so I waited as a couple cars lined up behind me. Once I made it the mic, I was told that they had just finished taking orders and that they were going to now start their routine system reset and to back out and drive off. I told her I would not be able to as their were cars behind me and also mentioned how I was using Monopoly coupons. Therefore, the order doesn't even need to go threw any sort of credit system as the items were free. She still refused saying they weren't going to take any orders and to wait 20 minutes. I went thru the drive thru waited 20 mins and went through again. When I then spoke to the Supervisor "Abhijeet". I was told their was going to be a 20 minute wait again. When I tried to then explain to him that I have been here waiting for so long and I'm only using monopoly coupons, I was rudely talked down to his collogues are all going based off estimations. Instead of giving me such a snarky remark back, he could have at least apologized for the situation and said sorry. I mean I was waiting there for 40 mins now, and he should act in a appropriate and professional manner like a manager should. But I guess his ego is too large for something like that. And the worst part of this entire situation is how I was just trying to use McDonalds monopoly coupons as I have previously mentioned. So I don't think it had to go through anything really, I mean the items were all free (Cheeseburger, medium fries). It was quite obvious how they just didn't want to deal with anyone for those 50 minutes and it was so unprofessional how some McDonalds employees just refused to listen to me and stopped talking on the mic whenever I tried to explain myself or the coupons. Abhijeet included, and when I tried to ask him for his name he refused to give it so many times since he himself knew he stepped out of his boundaries, treating me so poorly. I have stopped to go to this particular 3841 34 street mcdonald location months and months ago as they have messed up multiple time my order,eg instead of mocha,gave me regular coffee, and if I said no salt on fries,they still gave stale fries with salt on it. So after many months I thought to give it a try again,this time they missed my drinks two days in a row. After i ordered drive thru,they told me to wait at waiting spot as my order was not ready,brought the food but forget to bring drinks, waited for another 5 min, lady didn't come back, thought they might be busy,went inside to garb the drink but it was almost empty,no customer in line,so they were not that busy. 2nd day ordered again drive thru, when they told me again to wait at waiting spot as order is not ready yet,being honest I said I didn't pay for bag,so I can pay now as they will definitely bring food outside in bag, then I came to know they have already charged me for bag, even though I said "no bag" while ordering. They brought food and forget drinks(I can understand,she has bags in her hand). She said she be back but no show again for other 5 minutes. I Went inside to grab drinks,drinks were already prepared and cold and they were not even busy as there was no line up Inside. I was in hurry so didn't ask them to make drinks again and took my "COLD" coffees with me and on the way I remembered they didnot even give me 2 chocolate milks with the kids meals which I get charged for. I went in and ordered food from the kiosk. I had to pay at the till so I stood there. I waited. One of the workers walked straight past me and didn't say anything to me. Did not acknowledge I was there, did not say anything about someone will be right with me. I waited a bit more. Still no response from any of the staff. I had to raise my voice and asked if anyone worked at the til. Finally I got some sort of a response from a lady. When she came over, I made it clear that instead of walking right past me, that the gentleman could have acknowledged the fact I was there and said someone will be right there instead of blatantly ignoring me. She said she asked for the help. I said I did not care and that it was rude to walk by a customer clearly waiting for someone to help them and not a say a word. Now as this lady was in front of me, I was trying to say that I needed to pay for the order from the kiosk. Again, couldn't get a word in do to the fact she's standing directly in front of me, repeatedly yelling around about another order after asking what I needed help with. Again, this was extremely rude. You ask me what can I get you, then ignore my response, making me repeat myself another time or two. If you are asking me what I need, focus on me, the customer, directly in front of you.
I found the staff at this location to be extremely rude. I will definitely not be returning to this location, and I will be making it known to my friends and family to not ever go to this...
