Pizza 73 — Restaurant in Edmonton

I just wish there was an option not to give a star. I ordered a medium meat lovers pizza and 10 pieces salt and pepper wings through Skip the Dishes from Ellerslie Rd location to be specific. This is worst pizza and wings ever! And I am not exaggerating. The pizza crust is completely pizza raw, with some parts of the edges burnt. The meat topping was so sparingly done ( I could count the pieces).

Now, the wings had feathers on every piece I lift from the box (really Pizza 73? we are not animals), and seems as if they dumped a bag of salt and pepper on them. My family and I could not eat this.

This is not good for business. Please make people’’s order properly. It is not free, I paid for it and it is not cheap as well.

What a joke Pizza 73 on Ellerlsie is. My wife ordered a donair pizza with extra sauce and no tomato. She gets home and the pizza has no sauce whatsoever and the crust is rock hard. She phones the store and they offer us a 7 dollar credit. She says no we want a new pizza delivered. 40 minutes later the guy shows up with a donair pizza with no sauce and tomato. Send that back and call customer care and say this is ridiculous as it will be 3 hours before we possibly get the right pizza. Customer service says there is nothing we can do we sent out a replacement pizza. My wife says it was wrong and asks to talk to a manager. After being on hold for almost 10 minutes a lady comes on who could really care less and offers us a 10 dollar credit on a 40 dollar order. Keep your 10 dollars Pizza 73 I won’t be ordering...

Ordered a pizza, had no sauce. Ordered another pizza after asking customer service politely to send a pizza with sauce on it. Got sent the same pizza again. Worst pizza chain and that's a pretty exclusive club to be the worst of. After calling customer service again to tell them yet again we received a pizza with almost no sauce whatsoever. They said they wouldn't send another one and if I wanted my money back I'd have to email head office. Cause I'm sure hay wouldn't be a waste of my life. So I ordered 6 orders of wings, a poutine and some cheese toast under a fake name. Should've just reimbursed us you idiots. If you can't make a pizza you should really reevaluate your business model. Pizza 73... cause it only takes them 73 pizzas to remember to put sauce...
