At Allard circle k on south side edmonton. YESTERDAY. I dropped off my husband working in the area building houses, I really needed the restroom. Then I was going to fill up after wards. This lady greeted me fast( however glancing back I watched her closely watching aboriginal customers. She pointed me to the restroom. As i entered the wash room, it was so disgusting. One toilet was plugged with toilet paper the other had pee on the seat as well as the whole entire toilet, I go to look at their cleaning schedule on the back of the door. It haddent been cleaned that after noon she missed two checks. I found her and told her about the problem, she immediately said oh I have to put sign for customers to clean after them selves. I said no, politely. I stated I was not at all trying to be rude. She then got angry when I told her thats her job. If thats her signature like she said. I said she needs to try look after it better. Just a suggestion. She then got really angry and told me not to come back to use the rest room. I said thats rude. I stated if she did her job I wouldn't have to tell her. In many other places they have signs telling customers to let management know if the washrooms are not great. Now as I was leaving. She stood at the window of the store as I was trying to pull out to get my plate number. I pulled out my phone and started filming her. She then got on the phone with who I can only assume was police. Lucky a van full of men saw this whole thing. Framers. I continued to video and you can hear them saying I was extremely polite. Like what did I do? I only JUST suggested. Even when I told them she was calling some one trying to get my plate. They where for...

I had a very bad experience during my visit tonight. The girl working as the cashier didn’t smile, greet me, or say a single word—not even “hi” or “hello.”
While I was paying, she turned away and started talking on the phone through her earbuds. She didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt—just held it in my face without a word. I was so frustrated, I didn’t respond, and she threw the receipt in the garbage.
I’ve been to this location many times, and the male staff always offer great service with a smile. This cashier’s attitude was the complete opposite.
As someone with over 10 years in the food and customer service industry, I believe if you can’t smile or show respect at work, you shouldn’t be on shift. She needs serious training—or should not be working in...
Read moreI had a rather interesting experience here. Had a flat tire on my truck and needed to get to a doctors appointment that I had that morning. Unfortunately I hadn't any change with me to use the air pump. I kindly asked the man at the counter if he could turn on the machine for me and he promptly refused even after I explained my situation. Perhaps he was having a bad day but he was incredibly rude, and consequentially I missed my doctors appointment, lung function testing, bloodwork as well as x rays. I look forward to the day where this gentleman has lung failure and I can belligerently insert a copious amount of quarters into his rear end in order to supply him with oxygen. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I recommend you do the same.
