Pizza 73 — Restaurant in Edmonton

I'll start with I've been a pizza 73 customer for nearly 15 years. I've always rant and raved about it being fantastic. Well I recently moved to a location near this pizza 73 and have ordered 4 separate times now (in two months) One of the occasions it was half decent, 2 of the times it wasn't very good but had nothing particularly wrong with it except for lack of sauce. This last time I order a large double pepperoni and a large ham and hot sausage. On the pepperoni pizza there was maybe 11-15 total peices of pepperoni on the whole thing and that's being generous, keep in mind this is suppose to be double pepperoni. Numerous pieces had a single slice of pepperoni on it and no cheese the best slices had 2 pieces of pepperoni and a little cheese sprinkled around. The whole pizza had maybe 2-3 tea spoons worth of their "cheese" on it. The sausage and ham was the same quality. So I paid essentially $35 for two large piles of cooked dough with sauce on it. Oh and 4 root beers. But hey at least the root beers were good. I wrote in on a customer survey and they offered me $10 credit for next time....there won't be a next time. I'm done with pizza 73. You have officially lost my business. I highly recommend anyone reading this review do the same and go to little ceasers instead....at least they sell you they're crappy...

Ordered 4 pizzas, 4 - 8pc wings, and jalapeno poppers for delivery. When the items arrived, an HOUR AND 20 MINUTES LATER (this place is 10 blocks away!), 2 pizzas were missing toppings, 1 order of wings completely wrong, and the jalapeno poppers completely missing. Called customer care. Customer care was great. They wanted to correct everything and put a rush on it. Unfortunately, this doesnt out-weigh the fact that the replacements took over an hour again to arrive WRONG. Both pizzas still wrong. Called customer care again. Not so great this time. I was refused a refund on my $100 order. Tried to offer me $10 credit on my account. As if repeatedly messing up my order makes me a loyal customer. They sent out another replacement order. When it arrived, an hour later, only one pizza was replaced. They have refused to replace the second one. Three and a half hours! Really?!?! I will never deal with this...

I wish they'd get with the times and make better crusts lol. This location got my order wrong when I went in to order, didn't notice till I got home. Was a long day and didn't care to call them or anything, so not sure how well they would have dealt with it. A few times I've done delivery and their fries have been super hit or miss. Sometimes really good fries, sometimes old crunch fries. Their has also been times the pizza is a little burnt from being over cooked. It's like gambling when you do delivery :)

I give pizza 73 and this location 2 stars because their crusts are prob the original pizza crusts from when pizza was first invented lol. That and the fact that delivery (where you can't check it in person before leaving the store) is just a gamble on if you'll get good food or...
