Roma Pizza & Donair — Restaurant in Edmonton

Unprofessional customer service given by this bussiness....asked veggie pizza ( i asked 10 times only vegiterian pizza)and they gave me with meat and chicken in it..i already ate half of it... I never eat meat in my whole life but these people were just rude and added non vegeterian toppings in my food. AND IT WAS ALL HIDEN UNDER THE CHEESE...Just because i went when they were closing the store....please dont go to this place if you want vegeterian food only... When i call them back the person who picked up my call said it was done by the pizza maker its not his mistake, according to him he just took order. When i went back to pizza store they accepted it was their mistake and just at NEXT moment they started blaming me by saying i needed pizza with Chicken and meat...very unprofessional...took my refund and came back to home ...

Instead of green pepper if they added tometoes i would't mind it but...

Guys they broke my religious life style. I never ever eat meat and chicken in my whole life......

God the sweet sauce is amazing.

Roma holds a special place in my heart not only because of all the damage the donairs are probably doing to it, but also because this was "the spot" for donair poutine at my high school. I just revisited for the first time in a few years, and I was instantly reminded why this place was so popular.

What makes their donair poutine so special? The answers lies in that sweet, sweet sauce. While I wouldn't say Roma offers the best donair meat, as it lacks a little in spice, the sauce definitely gets you coming back for more. The poutine also lacks cheese curds, which is unfortunate, but the way the sauce mixes with the gravy and seasoned fries certainly makes up for that.

The prices are reasonable, the workers are friendly, and the restaurant is a great setting to dine-in at. If you happen to be passing by Roma, definitely consider picking up a donair poutine...

If you're hands down looking for amazing donairs, I highly recommend Romas. I've been to multiple donair/shawarma spots, and this place literally hits home. My go to is usually Ameans (sorry brothas) and or High Voltage but after my ex (thank you) showed me this place, I never looked back. They wrap it so it's not too tight where ripping around the donair causes everything to fall out. We all know this happens, which is why I am giving this place 5 stars. They know they get it right and understand customer sentiment. More sauce? Let's sauce it up, give you a ton of meat and toppings? Sure, but let's wrap it where the experience of eating is clean and prevent any potential messes. Overall, amazing place hidden in a strip. Try them out, hopefully you have the same eating...
